LeagueOne Releases updates to thier software on a Quarterly basis. Be sure to stay updated on new/fixed feature by logging into LeagueOne, hover over Help and select recent releases.

League One Support Process - please follow this system. We know a new system takes some getting used to...try to work through the below steps before contacting Dawn. Resist the urge to send Dawn a quick email with each issue you have, she will not have time to support a ton of emails.

1. On-line Help - League One has Help buttons on the pages with specific info and the full User Manual is available under Help at the top of the page. Try to work through issue on your own for the learing experience.
2. Training Guide from class - you should have all worked through this guide in the training system before working in the Live system.
3. "How Do I" section of Training Guide -pg 95
4. Send Dawn an email - Dawn will forward to Webmaster Tom. Do not contact Tom directly unless we are working on a known issue.
5. Call Dawn
