During this time he earned his USSF National Youth License and USSF B-License.

In 2015, he and his wife moved to Rochester, MN. While in Minnesota, Dale worked for the esteemed Shattuck St. Mary's School in the Soccer Center of Excellence as a coach for one of their U.S. Development Academy Teams. Furthermore, while in Minnesota he worked for Minnesota United FC as a scout analyst for their MLS team.

Comment from Dale "I'm excited to be back in South Dakota and to be able to finally call it home. The popularity of youth soccer in our state combined with passionate players, coaches, administrators, referees, families and fans makes for a very exciting time to be a part of youth soccer here in South Dakota. Our ability to work together to foster learning, enjoyment, competition and growth from every corner of our state to every level of player is crucial. I look forward to building a strong relationship with all of you and for our association to be the vehicle for our kids to have the most positive experience possible being a soccer player here in our great state." -Dale-
