The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Coaching Education

SDYSA Coaching Education Philosophy

Through our philosophy, programs, coach training and rules, South Dakota Youth Soccer Association strives to help cultivate the best possible playing environment for every player. Our belief is this not only leads to improved soccer, but more importantly, player/coach retention and the creation of the most optimal learning environment.

The South Dakota Youth Soccer Association encourages and supports coaching education in the firm belief that better coaching results when coaches continue to improve their understanding of the game of soccer. Continual coaching education is in the best interest of all of South Dakota's youth soccer players and the quality of the South Dakota soccer experience.

Please Contact SDYSA Technical Director, Dale Weiler, if you have any questions about our coaching education program, or the options available.
